We successfully held our two-day online workshop on Thursday and Friday 4th and 5th December with 20 participants. The sessions were conducted by Professor Florian Koch from HTW Berlin, who covered topics of: Smart Cities, Urban Climate Data and Sensors, Digital twins and Urban Intelligence/AI in integration of Renewable energies.
We were happy to host participants from YU and DKU, including international students from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan as well as invited students from the University of Tehran.This diverse group led to in extensive discussions about the capital cities of Central Asia and possible solutions for sustainable development in these regions, within the context of smart and sustainable cities.
